Position: Owen Sound Critical Care Nurse Role
Be part of Brightshores' commitment as a part-time Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care in Owen Sound. Deliver high-level care to patients during critical phases of illness.

Reporting to the Manager of Critical Care, you will assess and treat both adults and children, focusing on health promotion and optimal function restoration. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills paired with a Critical Care Certificate and a minimum of three years in critical care. Your contributions will uphold patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments for critically ill patients

• Facilitate effective communication with patients and families

• Act decisively in emergency medical situations

• Attend staff meetings and contribute to unit projects

• Foster a culture of safety throughout the department

Requirements:

• Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses

• At least three years of Critical Care experience

• Updated BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

• Ongoing participation in professional development

• Positive performance and attendance history
