As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Manager at the Lion's Head Site and provide vital support within an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must bring recent medical nursing experience and strong organizational skills to effectively carry out a variety of responsibilities, including patient assessments and medication administration, while ensuring a safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within your professional scope

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and risk assessments

• Administer medications following established protocols

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes

• Lead unit-specific projects and participate in staff meetings

Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Completion of Asepsis and Medication Courses

• Recent medical nursing experience

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Commitment to continuing education
