Critical Care Registered Nurse

Elevate patient care as a part-time Registered Nurse in Critical Care at Brightshores in Owen Sound. This temporary position focuses on providing exceptional support to critically ill adults and children.

As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Critical Care Manager, you will utilize your critical care expertise to improve health outcomes in a fast-paced environment. With at least three years of critical care experience, valid certifications, and excellent communication skills, you will assess and treat health conditions effectively. Your leadership will guide patients toward optimal health, ensuring safety in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat critically ill patients with compassion

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient health

• Maintain ongoing participation in reflective practice

• Ensure compliance with health safety regulations

• Participate in unit-specific certifications and projects

Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• 3 years of recent Critical Care experience

• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certificates
