3 years of recent critical care experience

Current pals or willingness to obtain within one year of hire
Demonstrates an ability to think critically and respond effectively in emergency situations
Excellent communication, customer service and collaboration skills with patients, families and other healthcare professionals
Excellent leadership, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
Ongoing participation with college of nurses reflective practice
Willingness to routinely participate in staff meetings and unit specific projects
Completion of all unit specific certifications and delegated medical acts or willingness to do so within allotted time frame
Commitment to continuous professional development and continuing education
Recent satisfactory performance and attendance records
