Elevate your career as a Quality Coordinator with Aecon in Kincardine, Ontario. This role emphasizes compliance, analysis, and quality monitoring within critical infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will engage in activities across the quality department that ensure adherence to the Aecon Quality Manual. Key tasks include managing quality records, conducting Apparent Cause Analysis, and supporting Root Cause Analysis efforts. You'll play a vital role in maintaining project quality standards while collaborating closely with the Quality Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track History Docket daily in Share Point
• Support on-site Apparent Cause Analysis (ACA)
• Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress
• Initiate Corrective/Preventive Action Reports
• Assist in QA/QC document control functions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in welding or quality-related fields
• Familiarity with Aecon Quality Programs
• Knowledge of construction industry processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
