Position: Full-Time Scientist I at WCWC
Location: walkerton

Take on a pivotal role as Scientist I at Walkerton Clean Water Centre, Ontario. This full-time position involves pilot testing, research, and training initiatives in water safety.
As a Scientist I, you will apply your expertise in conducting experiments and creating documentation for pilot testing projects. This role is geared towards individuals holding a Master's in science or engineering with at least one year of experience in water treatment. Your work will help shape the Centre’s training programs and support water system operations across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments for testing water treatment

• Assist in technical documentation and reports

• Operate Technology Demonstration Facility

• Facilitate selected training courses for stakeholders

• Collaborate on research and pilot projects
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Familiarity with water quality regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and communication skills
