Who You AreAs a Media Sales Advisor/Account Executive, you will be a key driver of new business growth in the Owen Sound region and across multiple Zoomer Media radio channels. Reporting to the Vice President of Regional Sales, you’ll actively develop and manage client relationships while shaping advertising strategies that maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for multi‑channel radio business development and consultative selling.
WhatYou'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Owen Sound and across multiple Zoomer Media radio channels.
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline while managing a mature account list.
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored advertising solutions across our radio network.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of advertising with Zoomer Media radio channels.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to drive business growth and identify new revenue streams.
- Proven track record in new business development and sales success, preferably in radio or media.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
- Currently based in Owen Sound region.
