The Fire Ranger/Fire Fighter role requires dedication and teamwork while serving at the Army Training Centre - Central. You will be responding to wildland and structural fires, auto extrications, and Hazmat situations. Key responsibilities also include inspecting fire apparatus, maintaining equipment, and conducting routine checks to meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to wildland and structural fire emergencies

• Conduct inspections of fire apparatus and equipment

• Cut and maintain fire breaks using chainsaw and hand tools

• Perform Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of fire systems

• Participate in 16-hour shifts as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum 2 years in fire service experience

• Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED level C

• NFPA 1001 level 1&2 certification

• DZ Driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance
