- Accurately enter and update data
- Maintain accurate records files and reports
- Coordinate with the payroll team to streamline communication and align operations
- Manage timekeeping tasks including tracking employee hours resolving discrepancies and ensuring payroll accuracy
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
- 2 years of relevant experience in a timekeeping data entry role
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and email
- Ability to maintain professionalism confidentiality and discretion
