Description
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their physical, cognitive, and emotional development
. Responsible for providing care, implementing age‑appropriate activities, and communicating with parents. This role requires a deep understanding of child development, a patient and caring demeanor, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning space.
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Have availability Monday through Friday 7:15 - 12:15 pm | 12:30-5:30 pm
- Have reliable transportation to and from the YMCA
- Have a willingness to work with infants, toddlers and staff in an engaging manner
- Must pass a background check, TB test, have HS diploma, and successfully complete 15 hours of training
