Join a group of 5 OB/GYNs supported by 5 APRNs, 1 PA-C, and 2 nurse midwives Shared weekend call of 1:6 Strong support from on-site Level III NICU and Maternal-Fetal Medicine providers OB Hospitalist Group provides back-up coverage and manages the OB Emergency Department Fully integrated Epic EMR Hospital averages 2,200 deliveries per year Access to 3 da Vinci surgical systems Family Medicine Residency program with optional teaching opportunities Physician-led, not-for-profit organization
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base compensation (guaranteed for 3 years) plus productivity bonus potential $50,000 upfront/relocation bonus Student loan assistance and residency stipends available 6 weeks PTO annually Comprehensive benefits and retirement package Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided $6,000 CME allowance annually
