Participants rotate through four departments—Capacity Planning, Integrity & PHMSA Compliance, Project Engineering, and Project Management—to build broad expertise and leadership readiness.
Mentorship and hands-on experience are provided throughout the program. Upon completion, engineers may transfer to a full-time role based on organizational needs.
