Surveillance Supervisor

You’ll lead a team of skilled surveillance professionals who monitor live casino activity, respond to incidents, and support investigations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and inspire a team of surveillance operators to ensure seamless, professional monitoring of all gaming and property activity.

Keep a vigilant watch over gaming floors, cash handling areas, and team member operations to ensure compliance with all policies and gaming regulations.

Respond quickly and appropriately to any suspicious activity, potential policy violations, or guest safety concerns.

Maintain accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation for internal use and regulatory review.

Partner with Security, Gaming Operations, and HR to investigate theft, fraud, cheating, or other misconduct.

Oversee system functionality—keeping all cameras, monitors, and recording systems performing at their best.

Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and quality of surveillance operations.

Train and mentor your team on surveillance standards, technology use, and compliance practices.

Support law enforcement and gaming regulators when investigations arise.

Perform other duties as assigned to keep the gaming experience fun, fair, and secure for all.

REQUIRED

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and coach a professional surveillance team.

Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to spot what others might miss.

High integrity and discretion—you’ll handle sensitive information daily.

Confident communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with advanced surveillance systems.

Calm under pressure and able to make quick, sound decisions in fast-paced environments.

Passion for creating a secure, compliant, and enjoyable gaming atmosphere.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Minimum of3–5 years of experience
in gaming surveillance, casino operations, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Associate degree or higher in
Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
preferred.

In-depth knowledge of
gaming regulations, compliance standards, and surveillance technologies.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky Gaming/Racing License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while monitoring multiple camera systems.
