The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping children achieve their full potential and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our Registered Behavioral Technician team, you'll perform skilled therapeutic services directed by a supervising Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contribute observations and information to plans of care for ABA Therapy.
• Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through treatment of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Maintain all necessary client documentation with confidentiality.
• Administer standardized assessments directed by the supervisor.
• Collect data for reassessment and re-evaluation of progress leading to discharge.
• Celebrate patient success to inspire others!
• Educate the public on how Behavior Therapy makes a difference.
• Support the whole child with our multidisciplinary team approach.
• Participate in supervision to ensure requirements are met.

Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:To excel in this role, you need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a physically active environment.
• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or national equivalent, commensurate upon experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR commitment to obtaining registration upon hire.
• If you are not yet registered as an RBT with BACB, please also familiarize yourself with the process of becoming an RBT:
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
