Job Details
  • Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $12 per hour plus $5–$10 per hour in tips.
  • Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8am–4:30pm.
  • Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees can also enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be based on specific plan terms. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the above benefits.
Summary

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests and co‑workers; greet guests within five feet.
  • Use salutation of the day, welcome guests, practice proper phone etiquette, and post in designated areas when available.
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage; opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provide information on facilities and local attractions; shuttle guests as approved.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys; maintain detailed ticket information; calculate and collect revenue for vehicles.

Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance.
Work Experience
  • One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills
  • Ability to read and write standard English.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
  • Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s; perform these operations with U.S. currency.
  • Understand 24‑hour and military time systems; understand rates applicable to time passed.
  • Operating a manual transmission preferred.
  • Perform parallel parking.
SCOPE Authority To Act
  • The job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Decisions are made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
