Be responsible for assisting the Catering Manager in catering operations, all suite service, and private events;
Assist in the management of catered events from set-up to tear down;
Ensure staff are briefed on event requirements and assigned to a specific area prior to events under the direction of the catering manager;
Assist in closing and balancing of payments, as necessary;
Provide general office and clerical support;
Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
