About the RoleJoin Swedish Match as an Infrastructure Expert with a focus on Network Operations. You will belong to a global team with a mission to secure Swedish Match's communication needs. The network team is responsible for developing, operating, and enhancing IT infrastructure services: hosting, storage, database, on-prem and cloud network.
Key Responsibilities- To resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components
- Ensuring efficient and effective ways of working together with the Swedish Match Group IT Service Desk
- To operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services
- Supporting lifecycle management regarding services, software, and hardware
- Designing, planning, and implementing new network services
- Encourage the adoption of automation
- Participate in on-call rotation
- 5+ years of experience working with troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations
- 3+ years of experience with traffic management: routing, access control, network segmentation
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise hardware: wireless, switches, routers
- Experience with Fortigate and Cisco firewalls
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
