Join Swedish Match as an Infrastructure Expert with a focus on Network Operations. You will belong to a global team with a mission to secure Swedish Match's communication needs. The network team is responsible for developing, operating, and enhancing IT infrastructure services: hosting, storage, database, on-prem and cloud network.

• To resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components
• Ensuring efficient and effective ways of working together with the Swedish Match Group IT Service Desk
• To operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services
• Supporting lifecycle management regarding services, software, and hardware
• Designing, planning, and implementing new network services
• Encourage the adoption of automation
• Participate in on-call rotation

• 5+ years of experience working with troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations
• 3+ years of experience with traffic management: routing, access control, network segmentation
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise hardware: wireless, switches, routers
• Experience with Fortigate and Cisco firewalls
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
