• Leading a group of proactive maintenance technicians on the night shift.
• Guaranteeing safe, effective repairs and preventive maintenance of our production equipment.
• Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to reduce downtime.
• Utilizing root cause analysis and improvement techniques to address equipment issues.
• Overseeing team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Contributing to capital projects, technological updates, and new tech implementation.
• Ensuring adherence to safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong visual acuity and manual skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

• Experience with beverage processing equipment
• Acquainted with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• 4 years experience with OSHA, HACCP, USDA compliance
