Industrial Cleaning Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and set up all necessary cleaning equipment such as high‑pressure pumps, in‑service line hydro‑blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operational and training guidelines and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heave industrial settings.
• Manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
• Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps and general work area prior to starting any job, informing the supervisor of deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries or lost productivity.

• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver’s license, respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.
• Work for extended periods of time within a confined space, in extreme temperature environments and at high elevation.
• Perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures, understand and follow specific procedures and directions.
• Lift, move and handle up to 50 lbs hoses.
• Successfully complete drug screen, pre‑employment physical and all required background checks.

• Hydro blasting, vacuum, and/or pressure cleaning experience with pump operation required.

• General labor experience is a plus.
• CDL A or B is a plus.

Job Type: Full‑Time

Salary:
To be commensurate with experience.
