This is a full‑time permanent position located at the Owensboro plant. The role involves operating equipment and systems, preparing raw material for production, performing housekeeping and waste management, and assisting team members with general duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate lift truck and paper‑roll clamp truck.
• Prepare raw material (roll stock) for production.
• Maintain housekeeping and waste/scrap programs.
• Assist other team members and perform Bright‑assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Proactively support a culture of safety excellence.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient reading, writing, and understanding of English.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, 24/7 operation (7am‑7pm & 7pm‑7am) with a 7‑day “long‑off” each month.
TRLex industrial experience preferred; 2 years JTable within the last 4 years.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting, computer, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter, motivated, able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Wage:
Progressive wage scale starting at $19.76, increasing to $20.35 after 45 days of work. Annual salary range $45,000.00–$60,000.00.
