Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN Days

We are looking for CNAs to provide care on a part‑time PRN basis at our Hermitage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Owensboro, KY.

Hermitage Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 92‑bed premier skilled nursing facility. We specialize in short‑term rehab and long‑term nursing care and offer inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy up to six days per week. Signature Health

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents’ rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

• Current Nursing Certification from your state
• Current/active CPR certification

CNA part time – Saturday/Sunday every other weekend, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8 hrs bi‑weekly), PRN.
