As an LPN/LVN, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient behaviors to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories, no matter how small, as part of their recovery journey.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred:
  Experience in rehabilitation care.
