Enhabit Home Health & Hospice invites applications for a Registered Nurse to work weekends:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The position requires 32 hours/week with 24 points per week.

• Perform visits and complete coordination of client care.
• Serve as point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care and oversee visit frequency.
• Consult with physicians and office staff on patient care details.
• Collect accurate OASIS data and keep medication profiles current.
• Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians.
• Attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Preferred: minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
