Position: Nursing Supervisor - Transitional Care Leader (7P-7A)

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking a nursing leader for the Transitional Care department. The role provides nursing leadership, ensures clinical objectives are met, and delivers direct nursing care per established policies and protocols.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license in Kentucky, and BLS certification within 45 days. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; 1.0 FTE, 7P-7A shifts, with on-site responsibilities at Owensboro Health.
