RN​/LPN - Night Shift

Wendell Foster is interested in hiring an energetic RN or LPN (Night Shift) for our Intermediate Care Facility to join the team of #Difference Makers!

Full time night shift nurse (7pm-7am)

• ~ New hourly rate starting at $35.00 (RN) & $25.50 (LPN)
• ~ SIGN-ON BONUS!
• ~ Night shift hourly differential of $3.00
• ~ Overtime availability

• ~ Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)

• Ability to work under supervision and to supervise as needed in areas relating directly to nursing care.
• Performs Nursing Procedures Within Legal Scope Of Practice And Individual Training And Skill Level Per Physician’s Order And Facility Protocol Including, But Not Limited To
• Oral/tracheotomy suctioning and care
• G-tube care
• Keeps the interdisciplinary team and guardians/family informed of pertinent health information and significant changes in each person’s health conditions in cooperation with the Clinical Manager.
• Makes rounds in assigned cottage(s) to visit each person and assess health status at the beginning of each shift and as needed.
