Food Runner

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a positive, guest-focused attitude. This role supports servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow, timely food delivery, and an excellent dining experience for all guests.

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
• Confirm orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure correct items and presentation
• Assist servers by clearing plates and resetting tables as needed
• Communicate guest requests or issues to servers or management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests when delivering food
• Assist with restocking supplies and running side duties during downtime
• Support banquet or event service as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
