The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value and appreciate.

Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may be assigned additional duties as required.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge (strongly preferred).
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, often over long distances.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if age-appropriate).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles.
• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Reaching overhead and moving merchandise as needed.
