Kentucky United Methodist Children’s Homes is seeking a Youth Care Associate (YCA) in Owensboro to provide therapeutic support and supervision for youth daily.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a High School Diploma, and possess a valid driver’s license. Training is provided and a six- or twelve-hour shift option is available.
The role offers a shift differential of $1.25 per hour for night hours and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as openings arise.
