** Role Summary
** Contributes substantively to cross-functional teams dedicated to developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans specifically designed to position T. Rowe Price investment products and retirement plan solutions to plan sponsors and retirement advisors.  Utilizes data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with Retirement Plan Services Segment Marketing objectives.
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
* 5+ years of total relevant work experience
* Demonstrated experience marketing investment products specifically within the retirement plan space (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), defined contribution, defined benefit plans), especially to plan sponsors and/or financial advisors.
* Experience developing tailored messaging and content for institutional audiences, including benefits committees, HR teams, or retirement plan consultants.
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging campaign performance data to optimize marketing strategies for institutional clients.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
