Functional Analyst

Job SummaryMid-senior level Oracle Cloud Financials functional expert leading implementation, analysis, testing and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities- Work directly with customer product team as an Oracle Cloud Financials functional expert.
- Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit‑Gap analysis.
- Write functional requirement documents.
- Active participation in preparing project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT‑UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
- Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments.
- Work closely with users during user acceptance testing phase.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis/ERP Cloud Finance implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (GL/AHCS) and business process flows.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud‑based ERP solutions and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project‑management tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now).
- Experience with integration tools and practices for ERP systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and collaboration.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with strong attention to detail.
$120,000–$125,000 a year.
