PM Café Manager - NFL​/Baltimore Ravens - Owings Mills MD

Job Summary

The PM Café Manager oversees evening operations of the café and fueling station, ensuring athletes, staff, and guests receive high-quality nutrition support and service. This role combines leadership, operational management, and nutritional oversight, ensuring the café runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational nutrition and performance goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food service and sports performance nutrition.

• Lead and supervise all PM café and Flik fueling station staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily café operations during afternoon and evening hours to ensure consistent, efficient, and friendly service
• Supervise PM snack service and recovery smoothie service to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with nutrition protocols
• Supervise setup and breakdown of all nutrition snack areas, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ensure all house‑made and store‑bought products are fresh, properly labeled, and within their designated shelf life
• Maintain a clean, organized, and health‑compliant workspace in accordance with local food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory of nutrition product and place orders as necessary

• Coordinate with sports dietitians and nutrition staff to implement approved fueling station offerings
• Ensure that all food and beverage items align with established nutrition standards and athlete fueling plans
• Assist in developing and executing seasonal or event‑based fueling and recovery menus
• Educate staff on proper portioning, labeling, and presentation of menu items

• Provide a welcoming, service‑oriented environment for athletes, staff, and visitors
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support nutrition education initiatives and promote healthy fueling options to café patrons

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records for café and nutrition operations
• Place nutrition‑specific orders with vendors in coordination with the Nutrition Team
• Work with the AM Café Manager and Nutrition Team to ensure smooth daily transitions and consistent operations
• Support special events and team fueling needs as assigned

• Hours:
  
  11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday; occasional weekend coverage
• Reports To:
  
  Director of Café
• Supervises: PM café attendants and fueling station staff
