Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success. We provide an 8 or more week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

• Oversee store operations to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage, and direct store associates; ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Lead and develop the store team through training and mentorship.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and opportunities for advancement into management roles.
• Support company initiatives and uphold Panda values in daily operations.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serv Safe certified

While performing duties, counters may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across countertops. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels, and storage space may be limited. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
