Accounts Payable

Lunghamer Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Owosso, MI. This role involves managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of our Dealership.

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• Ensure timely payments to vendors in accordance with company policies
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processing

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting preferred
• 1-3 years experience in Dealership accounts payable or related finance roles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Competitive hourly wage of $12.48 - $16.00, paid weekly
