Job Title:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Tasks and Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art outpatient facility. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients, assisting them in their journey to recovery and improved mobility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations to create customized treatment plans.
• Administering physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families on proper home exercises and self-care techniques.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and patient care abilities.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Certification Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapist license in [State] (or eligible for licensure).

National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) certification.

State License Requirements: Candidates must hold or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan. We will provide assistance to eligible candidates in obtaining the necessary state licensure.
