About the Role:T.R.A.C. is a 100% in‑home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well‑being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.
Supervision Responsibilities:- Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
- Complete monthly in‑person client visits.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

BCaBA Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License.
- Reliable transportation for in‑person visits.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
