Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This includes ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required, such as directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
These roles are critical in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, often with minimal supervision. They should be detail-oriented, have good time management skills, demonstrate integrity, and focus on store-specific objectives while supporting operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
