Operational, merchandising, administrative functions within the store. Leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service. Store opening and closing responsibilities. Driving sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Must have 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal/communication skills; problem solving & analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative are key.
• Ability to provide our customers with a high level of service, train and motivate staff.
• Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
