Position:
Part‑Time Armed Security Officer – 3rd Shift (Weekends, Saturday 11:00 pm to 11:00 am, Sunday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am at Baker College of Owosso)

Wage: $18.00/hour

• Monitor grounds and facility for suspicious activity
• Monitor all persons entering/leaving facility
• Maintain organizational stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Be alert and aware at all times
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, permitting entry, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
• Complete other job duties as assigned at specific buildings within the college

• 6+ months security experience
• Valid CPL
• Valid Michigan driver's license & clear driving record
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test
