Watco Transloading in Michigan is seeking a Locomotive Mechanic to inspect, repair, and maintain locomotives in accordance with company policies and FRA regulations, and to perform mechanical maintenance as required.
The role requires customer service, the ability to use gauges and testing equipment, and the capacity to complete FRA reports. You must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Class B CDL; training includes a Railroad Apprenticeship and FRA qualification as needed.
