Manufacturing Finisher / Straightener – 2nd Shift at Barron Industries.

Location: Oxford, MI
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: 2nd Shift (approx. 5pm–1am)

Entry‑level Machine Operator/General Laborer role. No prior experience required; on‑job training provided.

• Learn and operate metal‑finishing machinery: blasters, belt sanders, die grinders, presses, deburring and straightening machines.
• Assist in casting department by operating pneumatic equipment to transfer molds and pour liquid metal.
• Perform quality inspections on metal parts to meet AS9100 standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.

• No experience required; on‑job training provided. Investment casting experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail; maintain quality standards for precision aerospace and defense components.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and following digital work instructions.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
