Job Responsibilities

• Learn and operate metal finishing machinery such as blasters, belt sanders, die grinders, presses, deburring and straightening machines.
• Assist in casting department, operating pneumatic equipment to transfer molds and pour liquid metal.
• Perform quality inspections on metal parts to meet AS9100 standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.

What You Bring

• No experience needed – we provide training. Investment casting experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail – maintain quality standards for precision aerospace components.
• Basic computer skills – ability to enter data and follow digital work instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).

Salary: $18 – $23.00 per hour
