The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and promptly.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise and fixtures, and reviewing planogram integrity.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations often required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lifting/moving merchandise up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle birds/poultry and complete required training.
