We want the friendliest and happiest in this position! The shift starts at 4:00 am Monday through Friday and 4:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. You will be preparing/cooking the food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests. After breakfast is over your duties will include cleaning the breakfast area and public areas. This is a full-time position and will be five shifts per week.

Applicant must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Preparing food, setting up the breakfast buffet and breaking it down after service.
• Cleaning the kitchen area, buffet area and breakfast room when breakfast is over.
• Keeping the buffet area clean and well-stocked, and replenishing items during breakfast.
• Cleaning tables.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.
• Maintaining the Public Areas and cleaning the public areas when breakfast is over.

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• $250 bonus for you and a referred associate after referred associate has worked 90 days.
