We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or make recommendations to hire hourly employees
• Direct work by setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
