Responsibilities- Sell and service Swedish Match products in retail stores within the assigned geography, gaining new item distribution and executing promotions.
- Manage merchandising, ensure product freshness, and utilize data to create fact‑based presentations for customers following the call process.
- Maintain all administrative aspects of the job, including expense reimbursements and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Conduct regular visits to the assigned accounts, maintaining an up‑to‑date sales plan and achieving performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
- Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and creative solution‑development abilities.
- Critical thinking and the ability to act in selling situations.
- Analytical skills with the ability to develop a sales plan based on data.
- Planning skills to prioritize activities and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business math.
- The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and conduct overhead work while carrying bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
Compensation and BenefitsAnnual Base Salary Range: $60,000‑$80,000.
