Join Oxford Properties' Corporate Accounting team in downtown Toronto as an Accounting Student. Use your analytical skills for full cycle accounting and financial reporting.

We seek highly motivated undergraduate accounting students to assist in various aspects of accounting at our Toronto headquarters. You'll engage in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. This role presents a unique chance to learn about our prestigious real-estate portfolio across North America and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing entries

• Prepare financial statements for non-consolidated structures

• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes

• Support group projects and initiatives

• Conduct research for ad-hoc projects and requests

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Self-motivated with attention to detail

• Adaptable in evolving organizational environments
