Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenders from initial concept through to submission

• Price projects accurately from first principles

• Collaborate with bid teams and operational staff

• Mentor junior team members for skill enhancement

• Ensure accurate tendering for projects up to £30 million

Requirements:

• Experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in a main contractor

• Knowledge of single and two-stage tender routes

• Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts

• Commutable distance to Southampton, willing to travel

• Full right to work in the UK
