Join Oxford Learning Ajax as a part-time English Teacher for students in Grades 7-12. Engage and mentor students in our in-person learning environment tailored for success.

This exciting part-time role requires availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, where you’ll help guide students through our established English curriculum. You’ll enjoy the benefit of pre-planned lessons, allowing you to focus on teaching and interacting with students. If you are passionate about education, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• In-person teaching for up to three students simultaneously

• Apply established Oxford Learning methodologies

• Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Complete necessary post-lesson documentation

• Schedule regular updates with students' families

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant background

• Experience in tutoring or teaching Grades 7-12

• Proficient English communication skills

• Able to manage multiple students efficiently

• Teaching certification preferred
