Part-Time Chemistry​/Biology Teacher Learning

Become a pivotal part-time Chemistry and Biology Tutor at Oxford Learning in Richmond Hill, Ontario. You'll use pre-planned lessons to empower high school students in Science.

Oxford Learning Richmond Hill North seeks dedicated teacher-tutors who thrive in helping students excel in Chemistry and Biology. Teaching takes place during after-school hours, 1–2 evenings per week, offering flexibility while enriching students' academic journeys. A passion for education along with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to 3 students simultaneously at various levels

• Utilize Oxford Learning methodologies for effective learning

• Complete daily updates and post-lesson notes

• Maintain professional and friendly interactions

• Help students enhance self-confidence through learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences

• Strong background in Grades 9-12 curriculum

• Experience in tutoring at the secondary level

• Strong communication and math skills

• Availability for evening hours Monday-Thursday
