Early Learning Coordinator Learning

Join Oxford Learning Cambridge as a part-time Early Learning Coordinator, focusing on family support and educational instruction. Help create an engaging environment for students aged 3-8 while managing administrative responsibilities.

This in-person position is based in Cambridge, Ontario, with flexible hours during afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. As a coordinator, you will enhance student onboarding and play a pivotal role in community outreach activities while ensuring effective use of Oxford Learning's proprietary methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach foundational literacy skills to young learners

• Coordinate student assessments and learning programs

• Maintain effective communication with parents

• Organize schedules for teachers and students

• Support and mentor center staff for a collaborative experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred

• Experience in educational or childcare settings

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with administrative tasks and software
